Rich,

Thank you so much for all your help, fast service and most of all a very detailed oriented report.  Based on your report, we were able to make an informed decision and decided not to buy the home.  We will use you in the future for our next home inspection.

Anthony & AnnMarie

1). OUR REPORTS

Following your home inspection you will be presented with a comprehensive narrative home inspection report that is second to none in the industry.  Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report along with photos and a summary page of major defects. Our reports detail what is wrong, why its wrong and our recommendations. We are known for our readability and level of detail that charaterize our reports.  Your home inspection report is posted on our website the following day. Any questions you have about the inspection or report are welcome.

Kathy,
I wanted to thank you and tell you how happy I was with your service. It was wonderful to receive the report so quickly and it was really convenient to get it via email. The report itself is so thorough and the digital pictures are extremely helpful. -Thanks again, Elizabeth

2). OUR PERSONAL SERVICE, CARE AND DETAIL

We plan our inspections around your needs, we are available for questions before, during and after the inspection.  We do not rush our home inspections and we explain maintenance requirements for the major systems throughout the home.  It is very important to us that you are informed, understand and know the house you are buying. At the end of the inspection you will be provided with a walk through checklist, home care tips, seasonal maintenance checklist and a life expectancy manual of everything in the home. We also provide you with information from product manufacturers and current building standards regarding material defects found in systems or components.

To Rich,
Thank you for all your help from the beginning. We were not only your clients. But I felt you were a good friend also, in all you’ve done. Your inspection of 1408 Randolph helped us to know that home was not for us. For that I THANK you! -Darryl and Denita

***BUYER BEWARE***

May 2009 a letter was sent to all licensed NJ Home Inspectors from the Home Inspection Advisory Committee under the direction of the Office of the Attorney General.  This letter was in response to a rise in consumer complaints against home inspectors who do not follow report writing requlations.  A growing number of NJ Home Inspectors are not stating the significance of defects found in a home during the inspection, as a result the buyer is waiting to correct these defects after closing only to find these are major repairs required significant dollars to correct.  Protect your self and you investment, please read "CHOOSING AN INSPECTOR" or give us a call.
